Position Overview
Hyderabad Web Technologies is looking for energetic and goal-oriented candidates to support its business expansion activities. The selected candidates will help identify potential customers, introduce the company’s services to new markets, and develop professional relationships with prospective clients. This role is suitable for freshers who want to gain practical experience in business communication, lead management, and sales operations.
Candidates will learn how to understand customer expectations, recognize business opportunities, and coordinate with internal teams to support client requirements. The position offers an opportunity to develop commercial awareness and build a foundation for a career in business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Research target industries and identify organizations that may require web technology services.
- Build a pipeline of prospective customers using online research and business directories.
- Reach out to potential clients through telephone calls, emails, and professional networking platforms.
- Introduce company services and arrange discussions with interested prospects.
- Gather information about customer requirements and share relevant details with internal teams.
- Assist in preparing quotations, service presentations, and introductory proposals.
- Maintain accurate records of prospects, follow-up schedules, and sales conversations.
- Track the progress of business opportunities and update internal reports.
- Collect market feedback to help identify customer expectations and potential service improvements.
- Support client onboarding and maintain communication during the initial stages of engagement.
Eligibility and Skills
- B.Tech: Computer Science, Information Technology, or Artificial Intelligence.
- Postgraduate Qualifications: MCA or MBA.
- Other Eligible Qualification: BCA.
- Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience may apply.
- Interest in sales, client acquisition, and business relationship management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of spreadsheets, presentations, and email communication.
- Ability to conduct online research and organize information effectively.
- Confidence in speaking with prospective clients and explaining service offerings.
- Willingness to learn sales techniques and work toward business objectives.
Compensation Structure
- Probation Duration: 6 months.
