Roles and Responsibilities
- Software Development: Design, develop, and maintain software applications based on business requirements.
- Programming and Coding: Write clean, efficient, reusable code using languages such as Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript.
- Application Design: Develop technical solutions and contribute to software architecture and system design.
- Debugging and Troubleshooting: Identify, analyze, and resolve software defects and technical issues.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Perform unit testing, integration testing, and other quality checks.
- API Development: Develop and integrate APIs to enable communication between applications and services.
- Database Management: Design or work with databases, write SQL queries, and optimize data access.
- Performance Optimization: Improve application speed, scalability, reliability, and resource utilization.
- Code Reviews: Review code, follow coding standards, and implement software engineering best practices.
- Version Control: Use Git and GitHub to manage source code and collaborate with development teams.
- Deployment and Maintenance: Support software releases, deployment, monitoring, and ongoing maintenance.
- Team Collaboration: Work with product managers, QA engineers, designers, and other developers to deliver projects.
- Technical Documentation: Maintain documentation for software functionality, APIs, and development processes.
- Security: Follow secure coding practices and help protect applications from vulnerabilities.
