Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide basic IT support and assist in resolving technical issues.
- Understand client requirements and provide appropriate technical assistance.
- Communicate with clients professionally to address queries and concerns.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective client support.
- Understand and follow Global Capability Centre (GCC) workflows.
- Assist in monitoring and managing daily business processes.
- Maintain proper records of client interactions and support activities.
- Ensure smooth coordination between technical teams and clients.
