Role & responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the company’s systems or applications.
  • Engage with clients to understand their technical needs, issues, and requirements.
  • Utilize strong communication skills to clearly explain system functionalities and resolve client concerns.
  • Maintain high-quality standards in all support interactions and solutions.
  • Leverage deep product knowledge to accurately identify and define client issues.
  • Design and implement effective solutions to resolve technical problems.
  • Ensure smooth and uninterrupted operation of world-class systems and applications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Document client interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions thoroughly.
  • Continuously update knowledge about system features, updates, and best practices.
