About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and driven Relationship Manager – Home Loans to join our team in Bangalore. In this role, you will act as the face of the company, creating meaningful customer experiences while driving business growth through strong partnerships and effective credit evaluations.

Key Responsibilities

Onboard and manage relationships with key stakeholders including builders and channel partners.Identify and source affordable housing projects to drive business.Conduct well-judged credit evaluations to minimize risk while ensuring compliance with company policies.Build strong, long-term customer relationships by understanding their needs and offering suitable financial products.Deliver a WOW customer experience by ensuring smooth onboarding, effective communication, and timely support.Act as a brand ambassador of the company, shaping both the product and culture through your field efforts.

Mandatory Requirements

Prior experience in Home Loans/LAP (Loan Against Property) domain.Candidates from other industries or without relevant experience will not be considered.Local candidates only (Relocation not allowed).
