Job Overview :
Alldigi Tech is hiring Customer Care Executives for its Domestic Voice Support team. If you are confident in handling inbound customer calls, resolving queries, and delivering excellent customer service, this role is the right fit for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries and service requests via inbound calls.
- Understand customer requirements and provide effective resolutions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication and problem-solving.
- Work in rotational day shifts (9-hour shifts, 6 days a week with 1 rotational weekly off).
Eligibility Criteria:
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Good English communication skills along with fluency in one native language (Hindi or Malayalam).
- Graduation is mandatory (15 years of formal education).
- Preferred educational backgrounds: BE, B.Tech, B.Sc Computer Science, B.Sc Computers, BCA, B.Com Computers.
Work Mode
- Work from Office (Velachery – Chennai)
- Interview Mode: Face-to-face only
- Interview Timings: 9:30 AM – 3:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Compensation
- Salary: ₹2 LPA – ₹3 LPA
