Job Role

Operating sewing machines and performing garment-related work in a factory setup.Following safety and quality standards while working.Supporting factory operations such as stitching, production handling, and other assigned tasks.Reporting to the Line Supervisor/Factory Incharge.

Salary Structure (From 01.04.2025 onwards)

For Male WorkersGross Wages (26 days): ₹13,846.30Net Pay (In-hand): ₹10,810.21CTC (Cost to Company): ₹16,318.24For Female WorkersGross Wages (26 days): ₹12,912.38Net Pay (In-hand): ₹10,299.87CTC (Cost to Company): ₹15,401.50
