Job Description

Position Title: Associate Consultant – RecruitmentReporting to: Team Leader / Unit ManagerQualification: Graduate (any stream)

Key Responsibilities:

Review and understand requirements of each vacant job role across functions, levels, and industry sectors.Identify qualified profiles through job portals, social media, networking, headhunting, campus recruitment, etc.Present opportunities to qualified candidates in a compelling and realistic manner.Screen candidates against job requirements and validate interest.Submit shortlisted profiles to clients in a comprehensive format and follow up for feedback.Schedule interviews, guide candidates through the recruitment process, and assist in final offer negotiations.Maintain candidate databases, track records, and foster long-term client and candidate relationships.Stay updated with industry trends and developments.

Location: Pan India

Skills & Personality Traits:

Knowledge of industry trends and organizational structures.Excellent written & verbal communication skills.Strong relationship-building ability.Self-driven, confident, ambitious, and positive.

Compensation:

Internship (3–6 months): INR 15,000/month stipend.On confirmation: INR 3 LPA + performance-linked incentives (half-yearly).
