About the Role
Budli.in is a leader in India’s recommerce industry, providing high-quality refurbished laptops, mobiles, and tablets. We are looking for a Quality Control (QC) Executive to join our team in Bangalore.
In this role, you will be crucial to ensuring every device we sell meets our strict quality standards, helping us deliver reliable technology to thousands of customers nationwide.
What You’ll Do
- Inspect and Test: Perform detailed checks on used and refurbished laptops, mobiles, and tablets from all major brands.
- Diagnose Issues: Conduct thorough battery, display, hardware, and software tests to identify and troubleshoot problems.
- Support Operations: Work with our repair team on minor refurbishment and repair tasks, and coordinate with sales, warehouse, and support teams.
- Maintain Records: Accurately update inspection reports and keep detailed records of device status.
- Ensure Quality: Verify that every device meets Budli’s quality benchmarks before it is dispatched to a customer.
What You’ll Need
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in mobile, laptop, or tablet servicing, repair, or quality control.
- Technical Skills: Proven ability to diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication in both English and Hindi, along with strong written English skills.
- Personal Attributes: We’re looking for someone who is an energetic, quick thinker with a professional and approachable attitude. You should be able to research and solve problems rapidly.
- Other Skills: Basic computer knowledge, including experience with MS Office and reporting tools.
