The role involves identifying potential candidates, coordinating with consultants, communicating with clients and vendors, and supporting recruitment and bench sales activities.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Understand US IT staffing requirements and recruitment processes.
- Source qualified IT candidates through job portals, professional networks, and other recruitment channels.
- Identify suitable candidates based on technical skills, experience, and job requirements.
- Communicate with candidates to understand their experience, availability, and job preferences.
- Coordinate with consultants regarding resume submissions and interview schedules.
- Support bench sales activities by marketing available IT consultants to potential clients and vendors.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with candidates, vendors, and clients.
- Follow up on candidate submissions, interview feedback, and placement opportunities.
- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment records.
- Ensure clear and professional communication throughout the recruitment process.
