About the Position
Aarsh AI Technologies is looking for enthusiastic candidates who are interested in website development and digital marketing. This role combines technical website management with affiliate marketing activities, providing an opportunity to understand how online platforms attract visitors, promote products or services, and generate business leads. Candidates will work on website-related tasks while supporting digital campaigns, affiliate partnerships, and online promotional strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Website Development & Management
- Assist in designing and maintaining website pages to improve usability and presentation.
- Update website content, links, banners, and promotional sections as required.
- Support basic front-end development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Check website functionality and report technical errors for resolution.
- Help optimize website layouts for desktop and mobile users.
- Coordinate with team members to implement website enhancements.
Affiliate Marketing & Digital Promotion
- Research suitable affiliate programs, advertising platforms, and promotional opportunities.
- Assist in identifying potential affiliate partners and online marketing channels.
- Create and update promotional content for websites and digital campaigns.
- Monitor affiliate links, referral traffic, and campaign performance.
- Track basic marketing metrics, including clicks, conversions, and lead generation.
- Support strategies to increase website visibility and audience engagement.
- Prepare campaign reports and suggest improvements based on performance data.
Eligibility & Skills
- A degree in B.Tech, MCA, BCA, or B.Sc. IT is required.
- Freshers with an interest in web technologies and online marketing are welcome.
- Basic understanding of website development concepts is an advantage.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, SEO, or social media promotion is beneficial.
- Ability to work with data, identify trends, and support campaign optimization.
- Good written communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn new tools and adapt to changing digital marketing practices.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Salary & Career Opportunity
