Job Description
Aarsh AI Technologies is looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates for the position of Web Dev cum HR Recruiter Trainee. This opportunity is suitable for fresh graduates who want to develop their technical skills in web development while gaining practical experience in recruitment and human resource management. Selected candidates will receive hands-on training and exposure to both technical and HR-related responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Web Development:
- Assist in developing and maintaining websites and web applications.
- Work with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web technologies.
- Support website updates, debugging, and performance improvements.
- Collaborate with team members on technical projects.
- Learn and implement best practices in web development.
HR Recruitment:
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals and professional networking platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates regarding recruitment processes.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Support the HR team in managing hiring activities and meeting recruitment targets.
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must have a B.Tech, MCA, BCA, or B.Sc. IT qualification.
- Freshers with an interest in web development and recruitment are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of web technologies is an advantage.
- Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn both technical and HR-related skills.

Compensation and Benefits
