Role Summary
Hyderabad Web Technologies is seeking creative and technically curious candidates for the position of Web Developer cum Affiliate Intern. This role combines website functionality, online content management, and affiliate-based promotion. The selected candidate will help maintain digital platforms, support website enhancements, and assist with initiatives that attract online visitors and generate referral-based business opportunities.

What You Will Do
Website Development & Optimization
- Build and update web pages based on design instructions and business needs.
- Assist with improving website navigation, page structure, and user experience.
- Make basic front-end changes using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Review website pages for broken links, display problems, and usability issues.
- Support website content uploads and maintain accurate page information.
- Assist with basic website performance checks and mobile compatibility testing.
- Work with the team to implement changes that improve visitor engagement.
Affiliate Programs & Online Growth
- Explore affiliate marketing opportunities relevant to the company’s digital activities.
- Help organize referral links, promotional materials, and campaign information.
- Assist in publishing approved promotional content across suitable digital channels.
- Monitor referral activity and maintain records of campaign results.
- Review traffic and conversion data to identify potential improvements.
- Support the preparation of reports on affiliate performance and online engagement.
- Coordinate campaign updates and promotional activities with the relevant team.
- Help ensure that affiliate links and promotional information remain accurate and functional.
Skills and Eligibility
- B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Artificial Intelligence.
- MCA and BCA candidates may apply.
- BBA and MBA candidates may also be considered, subject to the role’s technical requirements.
- Freshers and candidates with up to one year of experience are welcome.
- Basic familiarity with website development concepts is beneficial.
- Interest in affiliate marketing, digital commerce, or online promotion.
- Analytical ability to review basic traffic and campaign data.
- Good written communication, attention to detail, and time management.
- A willingness to learn new digital tools and work collaboratively.
Compensation Details
- Probation Period: 6 months.
- Probation Stipend: ₹12,000 per month.
- Full-Time CTC After Probation: Up to ₹6 LPA.
