Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues from international clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate product, service, and policy information to customers.
  • Ensure professional, clear, and empathetic communication across diverse cultural contexts and time zones.
  • Maintain service quality and adhere to process SLAs.
  • Use CRM tools and systems effectively for case handling.
  • Demonstrate adaptability in addressing different customer concerns.

Key Requirements:

  • Education: Undergraduates / Any Graduate
  • Experience: Freshers and Experienced candidates (as per role requirement)

Skills:

  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).
  • Hindi fluency (mandatory for Non-Voice).
  • Basic computer knowledge & typing skills.
  • Customer-centric approach with problem-solving ability.
  • Technical knowledge will be an added advantage.
