DESKTOP SUPPORT ENGINEER

Location : Hyderabad

Core Responsibilities:

We are seeking a desktop support engineer to Install, configure, and upgrade desktop operating systems, hardware components (RAM, SSDs, displays), and peripherals like printers and scanners.

Deploy business applications (such as Microsoft 365, Outlook, and antivirus tools), apply security patches, and monitor system compliance

Manage user accounts, password resets, access permissions, and directory services.

iagnose and resolve hardware, software, VPN, Wi-Fi, and LAN/WAN connectivity issues via ticketing systems.

Track hardware and software inventories and assist with data backup and recovery solutions.
